Call builtin LAPACK on Windows [message #88237]

Does anyone know how (or, if it is possible) to call into the LAPACK
that is distributed with IDL on Windows? I'm just trying to use
CALL_EXTERNAL. I can do it on Linux and I'm using the Accelerate
framework on OS X, but don't have a solution on Windows. Here is what
I'm currently doing:
