hello all,
I have a file having five columns year month day minute data
I want to take daily mean, monthly mean and yearly mean of the data.
I used consec.pro to do this
consec,reform(data(2,*)),dailylo,dailyhi,/same
Using this im searching for elements which are the same. In order to find first the daily mean, but there is some problem. For example there are 10 data per day for different time, some other day there will be one data per day. The consec.pro identifies the positions of 10data per day. But whereas how to find the position where there is only one value per day.
Please give some ideas if u have any in this regard.
thanks
