Any PV Wave experts out there?

I've been trying to visualize data but have NOT been successful. I've been
trying to convert a 3x3 array of binary data, with each array containing
64x64 data points, with a 25nm (47.625km) grid resolution, (total grid points 192x192),
onto one large array of 61x61 grid points, with a 50km resolution, and a
slightly smaller area. The exact lat/lon coordinates for the 61x61 array
is: 44.2N, 144.4W; 64.7N, 44.6W; 13.3N, 108.8W; and 19.6N, 69.4W. This
leads me to another question. How can I display the geographical area for
this region behind/below the given area? Also, the first array (192x192)
mentioned, has four different layers while the second array (61x61) has three
layers. How can I convert the four layers to the three layers of the 61x61
array?

Thanks for whatever help anyone can give me,

(If possible, please respond via my email below)
