need maintainer for idl.el and idl-shell.el [message #7861]

I will be starting a new job next month where I do not expect to be
using IDL. As such I will not be able to maintain idl.el and
idl-shell.el. [idl.el is an IDL editing mode and idl-shell.el runs
IDL as an inferior process for the Emacs editor].

If anyone is interested in taking over the maintenance of these
programs please let me know. It requires knowledge of Emacs lisp and
patience.

I doubt that I will have time before starting my new job to make any
changes other than fixing major bugs.
