Hi!,
I have a routine that hogs the system in a very windows unfriendly way
so you can't move windows about
etc. Does anyone know how to make windows process a few messages each time
round the loop. I tried
to write a little dll function that did a postmessage, translatemessage,
dispatchmessage loop and could
call this OK from delphi but when did a res = call_external('winutil.dll',
'doevents') it hang IDL. Any ideas as
to why 1) it should hang and 2) what the proper way to do this is.

Ta muchly

Samantha
