Thanks to David Fanning who made the useful suggestion that I
check out Phil Williams' medical imaging code re. my previous
ROI question. Turns out I was able to pretty easily adapt
Ray Sterner's imgregion.pro routine to do what I wanted; thanks
Ray, for making it public !
