IDL Output to SGI RGB format? [message #10699]

Here at NASA Ames, the folks who make visualization videos for us
require the frames to be in IRIS (SGI) RGB format. Does an IDL or
PV-Wave export filter exist for this format? I see that the UNIX "xv"
program (version 3.1 for IRIX) does. Thanks.
