Guys , I need help.

I have a picture with two stage height(0,1).

the higher sites look like some chocolate chips on icecream.

I need to know the size distribution of these chocolate chips.

There got to be tons of pro written for this purpose.

Can any one kindly tell me were to find one of these pro?

I use a PC with win95, IDL ver 4.1

picture size is 500 by 500.
