've been trying to figure out how to produce two surface plots
on the same page but offset from each other. I thought that this
could be done with the "t3d" procedure and the translate keyword.
However, I've been unable to get this to work. Does anybody have
any ideas/knowledge about what is required?

VMS 5.4-1, idl 2.0.13
