Hi all -

The IDL FAQ has been updated and is available at
http://www.ivsoftware.com/pub/idl_faq.html. You can also
obtain the FAQ via email auto-responder by sending email to
faq@ivsoftware.com. Be sure to turn off any email spam spoofing you may be
using. Also, Anonymous FTP access is available from
ftp://ftp.ivsoftware.com/pub/idl_faq.html.

Archive-name: idl-faq
Last-modified: 1999 January 19
Version: 4.12

Additions to previous version:
T39. What is the fastest way of filling a matrix with identical column
vectors in IDL?
T40. Are .SAV files platform independent?
T41. Is there an IDL Style Guide available?

Changes from previous version:
Added Mike Schienle's site to the following sections.
G07. Are there anonymous FTP sites for IDL?
G13. Is there a World Wide Web server for IDL or IDL based projects?

Please note the new IDL FAQ Location. If you provide a pointer to the IDL
FAQ on your web site or some other means, please update your link
location. I've made the changes so I don't have more than one location on
my web site (greatly reducing the chance that I'll forget to update one).
