Digital Products

If you purchase a digital product (book, software, or IDL consulting) the product is available for immediate download as soon as your payment has been processed. An e-mail with a link to the product is sent to you. The e-mail is sent automatically if you choose the PalPay payment method. If you choose the Print Order Form payment method, the e-mail is sent as soon as we process your order. This is often done immediately, but can be delayed several hours because of time differences and other circumstances. The digital product e-mail is also sometimes delayed if there are non-digital products in your order. We are working on fixing this difficulty with the store. PDF files are non-printable.

Payment Methods

At the moment, all automatic credit card processing is carried out via the secure PayPal Processing Network. No credit card information whatsoever is stored on our site. You do not need to have a current PayPal account to use this network. Any widely recognized credit card is accepted by the PayPal Network. You may pay either with a personal or business credit card or with a personal PayPal account. We expect to have one or two additional options in the future.

If you prefer not to use the secure PayPal Processing Network, chose to pay via the Print Order Form method and fax your credit card details to us at 970-221-4762. We will process your credit card through our secure merchant bank account. Credit card information faxed to us is destroyed as soon as the payment is processed.

Book Shipping Information

We have discovered that it is cheaper and faster to ship all Coyote Guide books via Priority Mail to both domestic and international destinations. Priority mail is delivered in 2-4 days in the US and in 4-8 days internationally. Domestic shipping cost is $5.95 per book and international shipping cost is $15.00 per book. This is significantly less than shipping the same book via UPS or First Class mail, as we had to do with previous books, due to the fact that we can ship the book in a flat-rate envelope that is large enough to contain the book in our sturdy cardboard packing box. Books now arrive everywhere in pristine condition!

Unconditional Product Guarantee

Sometimes our products are considered "reassuringly expensive," to use an advertising phase from one of Coyote's favorite beers. Usually this is because of the way we print our books. Quality and the ability to update the books as circumstances dictate are important to us.

But, that said, we don't want price to be the factor that keeps you from purchasing a product. If you feel a product is too expensive for you (perhaps you are a student), then contact us and suggest a price you would be willing to pay. We are so certain our products will save you untold hours of time and money, we are willing to back our belief with an unconditional, money-back guarantee. If our products don't completely exceed your expectations, then return them for a full refund. If, after working with the product, you feel it was worth its original price, you always have the option of purchasing IDL consulting from us to assuage your guilt (should you feel any). Coyote and I make our living providing value to our customers. If we do our jobs correctly, we are certain you will be satisfied with the result.
